BOND PRINTS
We offer a variety of print packages ranging
from 1 set (study set) to CADD disks. Once you have selected a house plan
to view in more detail, click on the 'view prices' button or 'purchase' button
to view which print packages are available for that particular house plan.
We recommend that you purchase at least 8 sets of prints so
that you will have enough sets to get you through the building process.
In addition to a set for yourself, you will need to supply a set to your
builder, mortgage lender, local building department and any subcontractors who
need one.
 A very popular print
package for individuals who will be making modifications to their house
plans are reproducibles. A reproducible set gives an architect,
builder or other construction professional the ablility to make changes to the
drawings without having to redraw the house plans.
We design our house plans to
conform to ICBO or CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code at the time of creation.
Modifications may be necessary to meet local building codes. Please check with
a local architect, builder or other construction professional in your area in
regards to the local building codes.
